    Buckeye Partners Ingleside, Texas

Buckeye Partners, through a joint venture with Phillips 66 and Andeavor, developed a new deep-water, open access marine terminal on a 212 acre waterfront parcel at the mouth of Corpus Christi Bay. The terminal, constructed and to be operated by Buckeye, will offer 3.4 million barrels of crude oil storage capacity, connectivity to the Gray Oak pipeline and two deep-water vessel docks. Beard was awarded multiple contracts by Buckeye associated with this expansion. Construction activities included site preparation; underground storm drainage; access roads; tank pads; firewater system; and pre-cast concrete wet well installation.
